My work in the gym with Scott Shepard focuses on developing golf-specific movement patterns that improve mobility, flexibility, and overall performance. Each session emphasizes swing-specific and body-specific movements designed to increase range of motion throughout the golf swing. These mobility and activation routines help build efficiency in my movement while supporting longevity and overall health.
Along with sport-specific training, my strength work follows a push/pull/legs split, targeting all major muscle groups to develop balanced strength. This structured approach supports my on course performance and general physical well-being, combining mobility, strength, and endurance for a complete athletic foundation.
